What is EFT? – Emotional Freedom Techniques

EFT (Emotional Freedom Techniques), (often known as Tapping or EFT Tapping), is a universal healing tool that can provide impressive results for physical, emotional, and performance issues.  It is a therapeutic technique that addresses and clears chronic negative emotions from past experiences that are energetically stored in the body.

When we experience something disturbing, a disruption in the body’s energy occurs.  This disruption causes the emotional upset you feel.

Over time, that disruption either clears or it remains in a state that can be re-triggered.  When it remains in this state, past experiences can continue to cause emotional distress in the present.

EFT is a simple yet elegant technique that clears this type of recurring stress.  It involves focus on a memory or feeling combined with tapping on the meridian points of the face and upper body.  EFT is a wonderful self-help tool and I will teach you how to use it effectively.
